As Accounts Payable Specialist, Stephen is responsible for the full accounts payable monthly cycle. Prior to joining iBorrow Stephen received a degree in Finance from Washington State University and worked as Accounting Coordinator at Verasonics. His hard work and dedication has proven to be an asset to the accounting department.
Tyler is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new lending opportunities for iBorrow. Tyler brings nearly six years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Prior to joining iBorrow, Tyler was VP of Originations at Liberty SBF, a small business lender providing SBA and real estate loans. During Tyler’s tenure, he helped grow the production team from a three-person operation to over fifteen, while also aiding in their West Coast expansion. Before that, Tyler was at CBRE in New York City. Tyler’s experience and long-standing relationships enables iBorrow to increase our footprint across the country.
As Vice President of Loan Originations, Javier (Javi) oversees originations out of the Florida office. Javi brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate and finance having previously served as Managing Director at IPKore Funding (lending arm of IP Capital Partners) and Vice President at a South Florida-based private real estate fund where in less than two years he originated nearly $200 million in senior short-term bridge debt. Javi’s experience and knowledge of the Southeastern markets adds tremendous value to the iBorrow team.

As Vice President of Loan Processing, Shellie Ferreira is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company’s loan origination and accounting and servicing team to onboard new loan. Ms. Ferreira the has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, including most recently having led the Sales Support staff at Genesis Capital, where she was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire process of loan origination through closing. Prior to her time at Genesis, Ms. Ferreira worked at Anchor Loans as a member of the operations team during which time the company completed more than $1.0 billion in bridge loans.
As Vice President of Loan Originations, Clark Siebert oversees the operations of iBorrow’s Dallas office. Mr. Siebert has 9 years of experience working in commercial real estate and banking, having closed $1.1 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Recognized throughout his career as a trusted advisor to his clients, Mr. Siebert seeks to build long-term relationships with brokers and commercial real estate investors to add value as a business partner over multiple years and transactions.Education

Prior to that, Ms. Bertram was a Senior Asset Manager at Morgan Stanley.Education

As Assistant Controller, Hector Portillo is responsible for implementing and managing iBorrow’s accounting processes and policies, as well as overseeing iBorrow’s financial reporting and record keeping. Prior to joining iBorrow, Hector served as a fixed assets staff accountant at Ticketmaster, where he determined the treatment of fixed assets and performed general ledger account reconciliations. He also previously worked at Curacao in the accounts receivable department, processing financial transactions.Education
