As Vice President of Loan Originations, Sean Rose oversees the operations of iBorrow’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining iBorrow, Mr. Rose worked as a Senior Associate, Underwriter, and Originator for Red Tower Capital in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Rose began his commercial real estate career at Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for underwriting over $750 million in funded debt commitments. After Wells Fargo, Mr. Rose was a Senior Analyst in the HFF San Francisco Investment Sales Office where his primarily responsibilities involved financial modeling, market research, asset positioning, and the coordination of the due diligence process for the investment sales team. During his tenure with HFF, Mr. Rose was responsible for underwriting over $3 billion of real estate throughout the Bay Area and participated in the closing of various high profile Bay Area assets. As Vice President of Originations, Stephen is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new lending opportunities for iBorrow. Stephen has an extensive real estate background including lending, managing, investing and sourcing approximately $1.5 Billion of collateral value nationwide during his fifteen year career. Prior to joining iBorrow, Stephen founded Strat Development to focus on Principal real estate development and development management services and before that was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Originations at Madison Realty Capital, a New York based Private Equity Fund during which time he originated $390 million worth of construction loans. Prior to his time at MRC, Stephen served as Vice President of Acquisitions at The Renatus Group where he was responsible for new business development as well as sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities that totaled $700 million of distressed commercial mortgage acquisitions and $300 million of value add real estate equity investments.
As Vice President of Loan Processing, Shellie Ferreira is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company’s loan origination and accounting and servicing team to onboard new loan. Ms. Ferreira the has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, including most recently having led the Sales Support staff at Genesis Capital, where she was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire process of loan origination through closing. Prior to her time at Genesis, Ms. Ferreira worked at Anchor Loans as a member of the operations team during which time the company completed more than $1.0 billion in bridge loans.
As Vice President of Loan Originations, Clark Siebert oversees the operations of iBorrow’s Dallas office. Mr. Siebert has 9 years of experience working in commercial real estate and banking, having closed $1.1 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Recognized throughout his career as a trusted advisor to his clients, Mr. Siebert seeks to build long-term relationships with brokers and commercial real estate investors to add value as a business partner over multiple years and transactions.Education
