    As Vice President of Loan Processing, Shellie Ferreira is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company’s loan origination and accounting and servicing team to onboard new loan. Ms. Ferreira the has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, including most recently having led the Sales Support staff at Genesis Capital, where she was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire process of loan origination through closing. Prior to her time at Genesis, Ms. Ferreira worked at Anchor Loans as a member of the operations team during which time the company completed more than $1.0 billion in bridge loans.

    As Vice President of Loan Originations, Clark Siebert oversees the operations of iBorrow’s Dallas office. Mr. Siebert has 9 years of experience working in commercial real estate and banking, having closed $1.1 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Recognized throughout his career as a trusted advisor to his clients, Mr. Siebert seeks to build long-term relationships with brokers and commercial real estate investors to add value as a business partner over multiple years and transactions.

    As a Staff Accountant, Charles Shon is responsible for processing loan transactions and account reconciliations. Prior to joining iBorrow, Charles worked for Chapman, Bird, & Tessler Inc, where he was responsible for the company’s clients’ accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Charles also worked for Bemel & Ross CPA, LLP, where he assisted with bookkeeping.

    As Vice President of Loan Originations, Kristin Bertram oversees operations of the iBorrow Denver office. Ms. Bertram has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and finance, having previously served as the Vice President of Originations for Hillcrest Finance, LLC, where she underwrote and evaluated more than $50 billion in transactions. Prior to that, Ms. Bertram was a Senior Asset Manager at Morgan Stanley.

    Assistant Controller

    As Assistant Controller, Hector Portillo is responsible for implementing and managing iBorrow’s accounting processes and policies, as well as overseeing iBorrow’s financial reporting and record keeping. Prior to joining iBorrow, Hector served as a fixed assets staff accountant at Ticketmaster, where he determined the treatment of fixed assets and performed general ledger account reconciliations. He also previously worked at Curacao in the accounts receivable department, processing financial transactions.

    As Vice President of Loan Originations, Jeremy Michaelson works closely with the firm’s borrowers to develop and structure commercial real estate bridge loans, as well as ensures that each loan is specifically tailored to meet borrowers’ needs and objectives. With several years of experience in the real estate industry – from underwriting and closing multi-million-dollar transactions to project development and property management – Jeremy understands the market and is able to price deals accordingly, while identifying appropriate borrowers.

    As Vice President of Loan Originations, Ryan Kurth has spent his career gaining valuable and diverse experience across the country. He most recently spent his time at Wells Fargo, where he originated close to $1 billion in commercial real estate loans and helped launch a new business initiative at the bank—a startup homebuilder banking group in San Francisco. He has also spent time in Los Angeles working for Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Merchant Bank, involved with over $5 billion of distressed note acquisitions, mezzanine financing and equity investments.

Prior to joining iBorrow, Kehvon was an accountant at Unisource Companies, where he performed intercompany accounting for more than 10 title and escrow entities. He was also a freelance consultant where he assisted companies with monthly reporting of financial and marketing analytics, as well as invoicing, intercompany transactions and account reconciliations.

    As Vice President of Loan Originations, Will McCabe is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring new loan opportunities. Also, Will plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution through closing, managing the diligence process from start to finish. Will takes pride in providing borrowers and mortgage brokers with the highest levels of attention and responsiveness. He has originated in excess of $100MM in closed transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining iBorrow, Justin worked for Coast Financial Advisors, where he provided outsourced Controller services to four client companies. Justin also worked for First Republic Bank’s Alternative Investments platform, where he provided operational, accounting, treasury, and compliance support to the platform’s 50+ investment funds.
